White Label Live Video Platform
UX + UI design for creator activations
This project began as a live-streaming solution developed for a major telecom activation at TwitchCon 2022. I was on the ground during the launch, directly supporting five high-profile creators as they used the early version live — an experience that gave me a front-row seat to how creators interact with tools under pressure and informed many key UX decisions. In addition to my design role, I acted as the primary liaison and communication contact for creators on-site, helping troubleshoot in real time and gather immediate feedback.
Following the activation, our small team transformed the prototype into a fully functional product for ongoing creator and enterprise use. I led UX and interface design across mobile and web, working within strict brand guidelines for color, typography, and tone.
I designed all app flows, UI mockups, and feature systems in Figma — including onboarding, stream overlays, multistream toggles, and stream health tools. This was a hands-on role where I owned design from concept to implementation, collaborated closely with our client, engineering team, and iterated quickly based on real user behavior.
Note: This platform was developed for a major enterprise client and is shown here with anonymized visuals.
I led the charge for adding new valuable features including dual camera, a stream health monitor, scene editor, BRB scene, multi-streaming and more. Each feature required mapping out the concept, acquiring approval from the client, and communicating to the development team how it should look and flow.
Custom Endpoint streaming was another solution we needed to implement into the product, so creators could go live to any social media channel, jumbotrons, tvs, and other use cases different from traditionally streaming to Twitch.
Before the settings menu redesign, I was in charge of mapping out options for a user to stream to multiple platforms at once (Twitch, Youtube, Etc)
